Clarendon offers a variety of private pay packages with highly competitive rates. In addition to private payment, Clarendon participates in the following funding sources:
MLTSS (Managed Long Term Supports and Services):
Maximum gross income limit is $2,022/month for a single person with no more than $2,000 in assets. For a couple, inocome cannot exceed $4,044 per month with no more than $3,000 in assets. Contact your local County Board of Social Services or your current managed care organization (MCO)
New Jersey Statewide Respite Care Program
The NJ Respite Care Program is subject to the same maximum income amounts as MLTSS, however Respite allows for $40,000 in liquid assets for a single individual and $60,000 for a couple. Participants share the costs of adult day services through a co-pay based on a sliding fee scale. For more information, contact your local county Office on Aging.
The Alzheimer's Association offers a one time $1,000 reimbursement to individuals attending a medical adult day care for memory-related disorders if the diagnosed individual resides with the family. Contact the Alzheimer's Association at 1(800) 883-1180.
Adult Day Services Program for Persons with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders
The Adult Day Services Program for Person's with alzheimer's Disease or Repated Disorders (AADSP) partially subsidizes the purchase of adult day services for persons diagnosed with permanent, non-reversible dementias. AADSP is a New Jersey State funded program and is available in 19 counties. Participating providers have Letters of Agreement with the Department of Health and Senior Services.
1. Resident of New Jersey
2. Diagnosis by a licensed physician of Alzheimer's Disease or a related disorder that is progressive and irreversible such as but not limited to:
3. Routinely cared for by an informal (unpaid) caregiver
4. Reside with informal caregiver in the community, and
5. Have documented evidence of eligibility according to income guidelines
The NJ Department of Health and Senior Services may partially subsidize up to 3 days per week of adult day services at Clarendon for persons with Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders. Income and asset guidelines do apply and co-payment is based on the sliding fee scale below:
